Travelling educates

as we say in German. Yesterday, I spend 2 of the 5 hours in the train chatting with a young Belgian student from Antwerp. We were discussing languages, life in France, Germany and Belgium, studies and the political situation. When I asked him what he thinks about le Roi, he answered: “Well, it’s my godfather.”

First, I thought he was kidding but then he explained to me that in Belgium, the 7th son of a familly becomes the godchild of the King. Some proof? Voici un autre exemple d’Anvers. Maybe it’s the city…
